I breastfed both my children exclusively for 7 months but i did find it tricky, although very rewarding.
I have helped hundreds of women overcome problems such as sore nipples, engorgement, problems attaching baby to the breast and what to do for a baby that is very unsettled and crying all the time, when to express, what if you think you haven’t got enough milk or if baby isn’t putting on weight.

I will also prepare you for getting baby to sleep at the right time of day or night and into a flexible baby-led routine.

I will observe a feed and ask you to start writing a diary of what’s been going on over the last few days.
